Hi (or should we say Ciao), we are Rob and Fliss. Together with our children, Leon and Kate, we have embarked on a life-changing adventure.

Just for a bit of fun, our website details our experiences during the restoration of La Casa Felicità, a nineteenth century Italian farmhouse and outbuildings in the heart of Le Marche, Italy.

We are renovating the house and its outbuildings to provide six or seven self-catering holiday apartments a short distance from the historic city (population 6800) of Pergola, around 15 minutes from the Apennine Mountains and around 30 minutes from the Adriatic Sea.

We picked this area in particular because of its beauty, its great walking, hiking and mountain biking, the long sandy beaches of the Adriatic, the friendliness of the locals and its lovely hilltop towns.

We purchased our property with the help of the Apta Domus Estate Agency who have a wide range of properties for sale in Le Marche, Tuscany, Umbria, Piemonte, Abruzzo and Emilia Romagna.
